REBELLION IN EVERY BITE

It started in a concrete alley with a modified 55-gallon drum and an obsession for heat. Our founder grew up at the intersection of skate culture and traditional culinary arts. He saw the grill not as a tool, but as a weapon against the bland, the processed, and the safe.

BURNIN' GRILL was forged in the belief that food should be an experience of raw power. We don't hide the smoke — we celebrate it. We don't mask the char — we perfect it.
